I see some image processing companies in real life that they start as a university joint-venture company and go either to bankruptcy within three years or go to another field.
One of such companies that I met in Middle east went to a business collaboration with an german company.
It seems good at the first glance but the business does not go so well.
The more sharing of stocks, the more problems occurs. Of course, this is for the small venture companies which have 5 or less people as employees.
In the industry, the market is not so good. I think that such difficulties should be overcome by new business fields and new activities. That is the only way to survive in the industry.
